I have been waiting patiently to post about this brand, and finally! the time has come. So my friend Clarisse has started her own line called 4th & 1  which gives such a beautiful twists on shirts made to wear for university games or to represent their school. The shirt i wore came with their logo, but can be easily altered and changed to fit anyones logo. Going through the site which you can check out on this link  4th & 1 Apparel they have so many beautiful styled shirts, what i love the most about their apparel is the way the back of the shirts are designed. Also the shirts have a very soft texture to it and is very light weight. Their company is targeting schools and universities, but to me these shirts can also be bought and styled for a regular basis. The Calm Before the Storm

So lately i have been really putting effort in trying to get this blog going. Recently i have finally found someone who can take pictures of my looks and that would be my best friend Kapri. If you look down on my last post, she is that pretty girl on the right side of me. So today i pretty much spent my whole day fixing this blog haha, aint gonna lie when your new on blogspot everything is kind of confusing, so yah i was frustrated for pretty much the whole day today. It even got to the point where i almost gave up and pretty much was going to pay someone to fix my site. But anyways yes! i hope my site looks presentable. 

So recently i have been trying to step out of my bubble and trying to mix and match different textures of my outfits. Im not going to lie, i still need a little practice with mixing different patterns and textures together but im getting the hang of it. So with this outfit i paired this black and blue patterned blouse with a knitted vest and balanced it off with a skinny belt. For my pants, because it was to long i tucked inwards and paired it off with ankle boots. To me i think shoes make or break an outfit, they can either make an old outfit look new and sophisticated or can pretty much kill the style. Anyways i cant wait to sleep...so exhausted from all the confusion of fixing this blog and uploading and editing pictures, i hope everyone has a good night and God Bless

The rainy weather is definitely kicking in here in San Diego and i am very much loving it. Their is something about that rain that comforts me, i suppose not a lot of people would understand where i am coming from, but rain brings back so much memories to me. The thing is, when rain comes around, the cold weather follows it. Im the type of person that gets so cold easily and because of that, i have tons of sweaters and jackets. Like i said before, when it comes to winter/spring season i invest my money in a lot of boots and jackets. The jacket that i am wearing in this look is by Mango, honestly i would never draw myself to wear such a bold jacket, but the texture and the way it looks intrigues me, especially because it is so classy looking to me. I didn't think it would rain that day i took these pictures but it did, haha and it was my first time wearing my brand new jacket and boots, oh well i guess its an interesting way to break in a new outfit. Anyways i hope everyone has a good nights rest.

AS ive said in my previous blog, i love all things with studs. I dont really know what to call my sense of style, considering i dress according to my mood, but i would like to say my style would be edgy and sophisticated. As of right now, this jacket has to be one of my favorite pieces, yah even if its from Forever21; i love the way it looks and especially the studs on both shoulders. I dont know if you noticed but before this shoot, i was eating one of those cupcakes with a ring displayed on top and i guess i totally forgot to take it off for the pictures haha, oh well...maybe ill make a new trend, called "The cupcake ring jewelry" haha sike! Anyways thats all for now, im excited to go to Big Bear tomorrow and be around snow. For a Cali girl like me, its rare to see snow, especially that i live in San Diego. I still can't believe how fast 2012 went by, i dont really know what it is but i really miss December already. 2012 was not all that great for me considering i went though a lot of up and downs, but i still thank God for always giving me the strength to continue to move forward everyday. Now that is January 2013, i really dont want to make a new years resolution on getting healthy again that only lasts for 3 months...my main resolution is to start getting my main priorities in line and becoming more productive in my daily devotional time with God. I really dont know what this year holds for me, all i know is that i need to continue to trust God. Tomorrow is never promised, we need to start making every day count. On another note, i have been getting into belts lately, preferably Mango and Zara's belts. I mostly stick to black outfits and very attracted to all things studs and spiked jewelry, i guess you can say its becoming an addiction. When it comes to Fall and Winter seasons i really love investing my money into boots, jackets, and of course jewelry. If you're reading this, i wonder what you're mostly attracted into buying when it comes to the cold season. Anyways i hope everyone has a good and safe week!
